1. Services & Agreements
TwistGenAI provides managed AI Employees, workflow automation systems, Agentic OS orchestration, and custom software builds. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Managed Service Responsibilities
Each AI Employee is configured, monitored, and optimized as a managed service. While AI Workers handle repetitive communications and operations autonomously, customer organizations maintain oversight and handle human escalations flagged by the system.
3. Intellectual Property
You retain complete ownership over your business data, customer records, and custom workflows. TwistGenAI retains ownership of core platform frameworks, Agentic OS software, and proprietary agent orchestration engines.
4. Retainers & Billing
Managed AI Employee retainers and setup fees are billed according to custom scopes defined after your Discovery audit. AI API usage credits are billed transparently at cost.
5. Governing Law
